Zsolt Ispán
director
Zsolt Ispán joined Stratis in 2008 as a consultant. Throughout his career, he has worked as an expert and project manager in the financial services and telecommunications sectors. He specializes in enterprise program management, planning, organizing, managing and quality assurance of complex IT system implementation projects.

Attila Kassai
director
Attila Kassai started his professional career in the central administration in the field of finance, and he joined the establishment of the pension fund system, where he developed micro- and macroeconomic models. After that, he was the number one IT manager for 20 years in companies providing various financial services, of which he spent 10 years at Hitelgarancia Zrt. Among his wide-ranging IT experience there is business-centered IT development, strategy development, IT operation, application development, organization development. His field of expertise is the development of support for electronic administration of financial services: document management, process support, decision support systems.

Péter Heckenberger
Java competence center leader
Péter Heckenberger acquired his first work experience at Qualysoft as a Java developer for foreign projects.
His knowledge was later further extended at IQSYS / T-Systems, where he worked as a Java architect.
He has gained experience in several areas, such as custom application development, BI development,
text analysis, corporate search engines. He is a knowledgeable and committed user of agile methodologies and open-source technologies.
He has been strengthening the Stratis team since 2013, where he initially worked as a senior developer and professional mentor and currently his main responsibility is the management of the Java competence center.
His knowledge was later further extended at IQSYS / T-Systems, where he worked as a Java architect.
He has gained experience in several areas, such as custom application development, BI development,
text analysis, corporate search engines. He is a knowledgeable and committed user of agile methodologies and open-source technologies.
He has been strengthening the Stratis team since 2013, where he initially worked as a senior developer and professional mentor and currently his main responsibility is the management of the Java competence center.

Andor Havasi
DWH competence center leader
Andor Havasi joined the Stratis team in 2007 as a consultant, he worked in both expert and project management positions in both the public administration and the competition sector. His main field of expertise is the complete planning, preparation and management of system implementation projects. Since 2019, he has also been responsible for managing the data warehouse competence center.

Péter Béndek

Péter Béndek is a co-founder of Stratis. Before the foundation of Stratis, he was head of the business system development department and project manager at Pannon. At Stratis, he has been project manager or quality assurer of complex, high business-risk projects, including corporate front-end strategies and supporting application development, implementation and consolidation, conceptual planning of e-government services, a nationwide travelcard and electronic ticket selling system. His field of expertise is the telecommunications sector.

Péter Géró
partner
Péter Géró is a co-founder of Stratis. He started his career at Pannon where he progressed from system development and implementation project management and subject-matter expert tasks to full responsibility of developments concerning decision-support the data warehouse. In the past 15 years ha has held a wide range of strategic consultant, project management, quality assurance and funcional area expert tasks primarily in the telecommunication industry and at state-owned companies. In his sales director's role, he represents Stratis's public sector services.

Zoltán Tim

Zoltán Tim started his career at Insurance Technology, as an IT security and risk management expert. He has conducted several security audits (covering organisations and processes), created IT security policies, BCPs and DRPs. As an IT security process expert, he has participated in the design and development of a security risk management system. After joining Stratis, he has worked as a subject-matter expert, project manager and quality assurer in many industries and various projects. His key expert areas are IT security and risk management, business continuity, compliance and IT operational enhancement and service management.

Péter Török

Peter Török is a co-founder of Stratis. He started his career at Pannon, working in the system development and integration field. As a Stratis consultant, ha has successfully led many complex, business critical projects in the financial services and telecom sectors, with their outcomes significantly affecting corporate operations. He has been part of many billing, CRM and customer experience management projects in telecom. His key areas of expertise include strategy-making for banks, preparation and launch of strategic projects, architecture planning, IT organisation and process transformation and the enhancement of IT development and operation.

István Végh
director consultant
István Végh started his career at JobPilot and Est Media as project manager of innovative web development projects. He was involved in smart card implementations at CompuWorx. He joined Stratis in 2004 and worked for many clients from both the private and public sectors. His key area of expertise is the assessment, optimization and transformation of business processes, including the preparation for their outsourcing and planning and support of mergers and acquisitions. He has also been part of many strategy-making projects, including document management and BI (for clients in banking) and telecom outsourcing.
