Zoltán Bíró is a co-founder and managing partner of Stratis. He started his career at Pannon, participating in the design and implementation of the distributor network, before becoming the operative leader of the market research and analysis area. As a consultant, he has worked on many complex projects of strategic importance for both domestic and international clients. His key areas of expertise are customer-focused strategies, business processes and system implementation projects of telecom and media sectors. In addition to his managing partner's role, he is responsible for private sector consulting projects.
Márk Dolowschiák Phd started his consulting carrier at an international audit and advisory firm. As an IT security advisor, he has worked in several IT audit, IT risk management and other IT security management-focused projects.
Later in his carrier, as an IT security manager of a domestic telecommunication company, he has enhanced his professional experience on client-side by establishing the information security management system and introducing several IT security solutions.
Becoming a partner in 2017, he is responsible for the IT security business unit of Stratis.

János Fazekas started his career at R&R Software and EUROMACC, working on telecom billing systems. At Mortoff, he was project manager, development leader and architect, primarily in banking and insurance. One of his major assignments was to lead a budget management system development project, based on agile methods, as a SCRUM master. Besides CRM, online banking and capacity management implementations, ha has also been involved in organisational transformation and building new business models. He joined Stratis in January 2015 and he is responsible for building and managing the data management field of expertise.
Miklós Juhász is co-founder and managing partner of Stratis. In 1994-98, he was business process and IT director and interim sales director of Pannon, starting as a greenfield operation in Hungary. As a managing partner, he is responsible for business development and market differentiator competences. He also takes part in client projects in the roles of interim manager or quality assurer. His key areas of expertise are strategy-making and major transformations. In 1998-2002 and from 2006 he has been president of the Hungarian Orienteering Federation.
Zoltán Lencse Zoltán started his career at Matáv in Szeged, where he worked as head of the network operations centre, service network leader and project manager. As a director at Déltáv, he was in charge of network technology planning and development projects. At Invitel, he was customer care director and leader of M&A integration projects. He joined Stratis in 2009. As a consultant, he was manager of telecom CRM and product catalogue and banking IT operational enhancement projects. Since becoming a partner in 2012, he is responsible for overseeing public sector consulting projects.
Anett Zombory, head of finance, started her career at Auchan Hungary as a sales manager. She was responsible for two departments covering all commercial, financial and HR managements aspects. Later she worked as a chief accountant at Életút National Pension Fund. She joined Stratis in 2007 as a financial assistant and in 2010 she was appointed company controller. From 2016 she works as Stratis's head of finance with responsibilities for the financial background of consulting projects (project and time sheeting system governance) and continuous monitoring of corporate performance.
Péter Béndek is a co-founder of Stratis. Before the foundation of Stratis, he was head of the business system development department and project manager at Pannon. At Stratis, he has been project manager or quality assurer of complex, high business-risk projects, including corporate front-end strategies and supporting application development, implementation and consolidation, conceptual planning of e-government services, a nationwide travelcard and electronic ticket selling system. In his partner's role, he is head of service development for the telecommunications sector.
Péter Géró is a co-founder of Stratis. He started his career at Pannon where he progressed from system development and implementation project management and subject-matter expert tasks to full responsibility of developments concerning decision-support the data warehouse. In the past 15 years ha has held a wide range of strategic consultant, project management, quality assurance and funcional area expert tasks primarily in the telecommunication industry and at state-owned companies. In his partner's role, he represents Stratis's public sector services.
Péter Gruhala started his career at Tungsram, followed by working for the Institute for Military Technology, developing medical and industrial lasers. He was a department head at MatávCom, followed by the position of CEE sales director at Oracle Ireland. He was country leader of Siebel, before joining IBM as head of the Hungarian consulting practices, acquired from PWC. At Deloitte, he was director of management consulting followed by becoming the CEO of Grepton. He joined Stratis in 2012 and his field of expertise is the enhancement and automation of back office processes.
Róbert Kiri is co-founder of Stratis. He started his career at Pannon, firstly working in the field of system support, followed by system integration and development. As a Stratis consultant, he has played project manager, quality assurer and subject-matter expert roles in several consulting projects. He has gained experience in complex, business-critical system development and implementation projects in the telecom, banking and retail segments. His further expert areas include the support of business and IT strategy-making, whereby he contributes to the success of executive workshops by his professional knowledge and facilitaton skills.
Péter Nánai-Szűcs started his career at Stratis, joining the company upon its foundation. He has been part of several consulting projects as project manager, quality assurer and subject-matter expert. His key areas of expertise include the business processes of telecom and media and project management of complex IT system selection, development and implementation. Besides telecom, he has worked for public sector clients in e-government conceptual planning and implementation where he has gained deep knowledge of document management, card management, ticket selling and passenger information processes and systems.
Mária Páhiné Gál started her career in organising and leading production and later financial processes. She worked for a decade at MOL, starting as controlling department head, followed by the group-level planning and controlling manager's position. At Fornax, she worked abroad as an SAP consultant, then she became director of business solutions at S&T Consulting. Her key areas of expertise include business process enhancement, financial management, controlling and design and implementation of management information systems. At Stratis, she has been a key member of IT controlling, price modelling and logical system design projects.
Zoltán Tim started his career at Insurance Technology, as an IT security and risk management expert. He has conducted several security audits (covering organisations and processes), created IT security policies, BCPs and DRPs. As an IT security process expert, he has participated in the design and development of a security risk management system. After joining Stratis, he has worked as a subject-matter expert, project manager and quality assurer in many industries and various projects. His key expert areas are IT security and risk management, business continuity, compliance and IT operational enhancement and service management.
Peter Török is a co-founder of Stratis. He started his career at Pannon, working in the system development and integration field. As a Stratis consultant, ha has successfully led many complex, business critical projects in the financial services and telecom sectors, with their outcomes significantly affecting corporate operations. He has been part of many billing, CRM and customer experience management projects in telecom. His key areas of expertise include strategy-making for banks, preparation and launch of strategic projects, architecture planning, IT organisation and process transformation and the enhancement of IT development and operation.
István Végh started his career at JobPilot and Est Media as project manager of innovative web development projects. He was involved in smart card implementations at CompuWorx. He joined Stratis in 2004 and worked for many clients from both the private and public sectors. His key area of expertise is the assessment, optimization and transformation of business processes, including the preparation for their outsourcing and planning and support of mergers and acquisitions. He has also been part of many strategy-making projects, including document management and BI (for clients in banking) and telecom outsourcing.
